Outsourcia is an operator specializing in the outsourcing business (hereafter « Outsourcia », « us »). We are particularly attentive to the privacy and protection of personal data of users, prospects, candidates, and more generally of any individual (« Users » or « you ») that we collect on our website. We also take care to ensure that our use of personal data is transparent and that you are always properly informed of your rights, particularly with regard to the use and storage of such data.

We take the necessary measures to ensure that all personal data is processed in accordance with the regulations in force, in particular the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation No. 2016/79 of April 27, 2016 (hereinafter the « GDPR ») applicable since May 25, 2018.

This privacy policy (hereinafter the "Privacy Policy") sets out and informs you of the manner in which we use and protect the personal data that you transmit to us. Please note that Outsourcia may, at any time, change or update portions of this Privacy Policy, particularly in order to comply with any legislative, regulatory, jurisprudential or technological developments. Nature of the personal data we collect

The personal data (hereinafter « the data») that we collect directly via our website (for example, when you contact us via our websites, when you request a quote, when you send us an application) are the following :

For prospects:

  • Your full name (first and last name);
  • Your company;
  • Your position within the company;
  • Your mailing address;
  • Your e-mail address;
  • Your phone number;
  • The country in which you currently reside;
  • Information you share in the free text fields provided for this purpose.

For recruitment candidates :

  • Your full name (first and last name);
  • Your e-mail address;
  • Your phone number;
  • The city in which you reside;
  • Your work experience;
  • The position and contract you are looking for;
  • Your resume.

Purposes and legal basis of personal data processing

We use and store your data for the following purposes:

For prospects:

  • Management of Newsletter mailings
  • Provision of a prospecting service
  • Response to a request for quotation or information
  • Keeping of our own accounts and records

For recruitment candidates:

We will seek your consent and inform you, if we wish to use your personal data for any another purpose,

The legal basis we rely on in respect of the above purposes for which we use your personal data are as follows:

Your consent is required for the use and storage of data collected through contact forms in order to (i) respond to your unsolicited applications, or reply to a job offer, (ii) send you our newsletter, (iii) respond to your requests for quotation or information, (iv) inform you about products or services that may be of interest to you.

Recipients of your personal data

Outsourcia will only disclose your personal data to entities outside the Outsourcia Group in the following cases:

The rights you have

In accordance with current applicable regulations, you have the right to access, and if necessary delete, rectify, limit, as well as the right to portability of your data. The exercise of these rights can be done at any time, by sending by email a proof of your identity, to our Data Protection Officer ("DPO") at the following address: telmestour@outsourcia-group.com

The appointment of Mr. Tarik ELMESTOUR as Data Protection Officer (DPO) has been declared to the CNIL and bears the reference DPO-14544

We would also remind you that you have the right, for legitimate reasons, to object to the processing of your personal data and the right to withdraw your consent at any time. You have the possibility, if necessary, to lodge a complaint with the CNIL.

Retention periods

Your data is kept by Outsourcia for a period that does not exceed the time required for the purposes for which it was collected and as described above, in accordance with the regulations in force.

In this respect, data used for prospecting purposes may be retained for a maximum period of 3 years from the closing of the User's account or the last contact with the relevant prospect. The User's data is deleted when the retention periods expire.

Nevertheless, the Data may be archived beyond the periods provided for the needs of research, observation and prosecution of criminal offenses with the sole intention of making such data available to the judicial authorities as required.

As part of our data processing relating to the management of our recruitments, if you do not request the destruction of your file, the data is automatically destroyed 2 years after the last contact. Only your formal agreement allows a longer retention.

Transfer of data outside the EEA

As the Outsourcia Group entities are located in Morocco, Madagascar, or Niger, your data may be transferred to a country outside the European Economic Area.

In this case of transfer, we guarantee the security of your data, as the entities belonging to the Outsourcia group have signed the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission and ensure an adequate level of protection for your personal data.
