Guaranteeing employees protection against these risks requires the adoption of a reasonable and conscious attitude. Much more than a legal obligation, it represents a major stake and a significant risk factor in the sense that it puts at stake the physical and psychological integrity of employees and therefore their ability to perform their mission.
