I have a rather atypical profile because before becoming a Team Leader at Outsourcia, 7 years ago, I was working for one of the group's clients, Les Éditions Atlas. So my integration went very well since I knew the company and the team in Evreux perfectly.
Since my arrival, my progression has followed that of Outsourcia, and today I am an Operational Activity Manager: I manage more than 60 people on a daily basis, including account monitoring, training and recruitment.
