YOUR INTEGRATION WITHIN THE OUTSOURCIA GROUP

The integration of a new employee in our group is undoubtedly a major step in our HR process. The support provided to new recruits includes mainly the implementation of a set of measures: welcome, training, skills development, sharing of values, etc., which requires the mobilization of our teams.

The integration session is a convivial moment which aims to present the OUTSOURCIA group, its rules of procedure and its organization.

This session is based on the exchange and sharing of information: all employees should leave this session with an accurate overview of OUTSOURCIA GROUP, its positioning and its internal organization.

TRAINING

4 training principles are implemented at OUTSOURCIA :

  • INTEGRATION TRAINING for all new recruits and helps standardize the level of employees on customer relationship management and spread the group's values.
  • OPERATIONAL TRAINING dedicated to customer relations, BPO, digital or research.
  • IN-HOUSE TRAINING deployed following an evolution of the customer quality charter or process, feedback from managers, quality or training departments, or poor quality or SatCli results.
  • SPECIFIC TRAINING dedicated to the client's products/market.
