The Outsourcia group

Founded in 2003, OUTSOURCIA Group is an operator specialized in outsourcing: remote, multiservice, multilingual and multi-channel customer relationship management (call centers, e-mail management, chat solutions, telemarketing and customer relationship on social networks), Back Office outsourcing (BPO), digital services (development of specific web or mobile applications, digital communication and community management) and studies.

After having successfully established itself on the market, with an exclusively nearshore offer in Morocco, OUTSOURCIA initiated its establishment in France in 2010 with the acquisition of the As-com operator . This development on the French market has been reinforced with the opening, in October 2011, of a new production site in Evreux (27).

The group has continued to diversify its offer by acquiring Alias Community, a digital agency specializing in Social Media, thus offering a social CRM and digital communication solution. (Community Management).

In 2015, OUTSOURCIA begins its strategy to establish itself in Sub-Saharan Africa by opening a site in Niger.

In 2016, OUTSOURCIA acquired a majority stake in the SCEMI SA group, which specializes in the outsourcing of offshore services and employs 650 people in Madagascar. This acquisition has thus allowed OUTSOURCIA to consolidate its "best cost" offer combining an attractive business model and innovative solutions for an optimal customer experience.

In 2019, the group is pursuing its external growth strategy by investing in the health sector with the acquisition of the French company Simplify.

This positioning has enabled OUTSOURCIA to be among the top 10 French Outsourcers. The group is also ranked 5th in the French Mid-Market Top 50 published by En Contact magazine.

The OUTSOURCIA group has been ISO 9001 certified in Madagascar since 2012 and ISO 18295 (formerly NF345) since 2018 in France and Morocco. The group has also been labeled CGEM Social Responsibility in Morocco since 2009.

In 2020, the Group developed a new activity involving the integration of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions. In the same year, Outsourcia set up a homeshoring solution to complete its onshore, nearshore and offshore offer

In 2022, the group expands its presence in North Africa by acquiring the Tunisian group PhoneAct, an independent operator specialized in remote customer relationship management.

OUTSOURCIA currently employs 3,300 people at 12 production sites in France, Morocco, Madagascar and Niger and works with well-known customers such as Aquarelle, Total, Orange, Histoire d'Or, Les 3 Suisses, Manutan, Marionnaud, Mister Auto,, Toupargel and Veepee.
